Extended Day Schedule Change Form
Schedule change requests must be submitted by the 10th of the month to be effective the following month, and are approved on a space-available basis. Changes are not confirmed until you receive a response from Community Ed.

Please note that if you plan to entirely leave or withdraw your child from the program, one month’s notice to the Community Education office is required. You will be responsible for 30 days of tuition from the date of notice of withdrawal, and your June deposit will be retained as noted when registering for the program.  Please contact Extendedday@abschools.org to withdraw your child from the program.
