Acton-Boxborough Community Education

The Summer Day Program (SDP) runs in weekly sessions with a different theme featured each week. The program hours are 8:45 AM-3:45 PM Monday-Friday with the option to enroll in extended morning hours and/or afternoon hours for an additional fee. It is held at the RJ Grey Junior High and uses various outside locations throughout the main school campus. Daily activities include camp meetings, swimming in the A-B High School Pool, Music & Drama, Cooperative Games, Arts & Crafts, and a variety of special programs & offerings throughout the summer.

The program is open only to students who will enter Grades 1-6 in August 2026 and who are enrolled in the A-B school district.

• June 29-July 2: Community Champions (no program Friday, July 3)
• July 6-10: Mad Scientist Lab
• July 13-17: Global Passport Adventure
• July 20-24: Heroic Quests & Fairytales
• July 27-31: Nature’s Navigators
• August 3-7: Master Builders
