Facilities Use

A variety of school facilities are available for use by school and community groups and individuals. Applications for facility use must be made at least two weeks in advance of the requested date. Requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Acton-Boxborough Community Education is the department that schedules the use of ABRSD school buildings outside of school hours (on school days starting at 5:00/6:00 pm and on weekends). School buildings are not available for use during the summer or for private events. Any use of the A-B Regional High School Auditorium must first be scheduled with Peter Brown; contact him via email.

Community/non-school groups may submit requests for the upcoming school year after August 1. Please note: though a space may appear available there could be a school event that is not yet entered. If this happens, we will work with you to try and find an alternative date/location.
