Summer Day Program
2025 Summer Day Program information is now available! Click Category Program List to view the program details and register online--search for Summer Day sessions by entering summer day in the keyword search box on the top left.
The program is open only to students who will enter Grades 1-6 in August 2025 and who are enrolled in the A-B school district.
The Summer Day Program runs in weekly sessions with a different theme featured each week. The program is held at the RJ Grey Junior High and uses various outside locations throughout the main school campus. Daily activities include camp meetings, swimming in the A-B High School Pool, Music & Drama, Cooperative Games, Arts & Crafts, and a variety of special programs & offerings throughout the summer.

Below are the program dates and themes. The program hours are 8:45am-3:45 pm with the option to enroll in extended morning hours and/or afternoon hours for an additional fee. There is a one-time, non-refundable per child registration fee of $50.

Spots are limited and registration is on first-come, first-served basis. Registration is weekly only for both weekly and extended hours sessions; there is not a daily rate. Payment is required at the time of registration; payment plans can be arranged by contacting us in advance at summerday@abschools.org
We are no longer accepting scholarship applications for the Summer Day Program.
Scholarships are available for qualifying Acton or Boxborough residents through the Doli Atamian Campership Program; families should apply directly via their online application.
