Facilities Use


Applications for facility use must be made at least two weeks in advance of  the requested date.

Please note that due to ongoing construction, the new BOARDWALK CAMPUS BUILDING (where the Carol Huebner Early Childhood Program, Douglas School, and Gates School are located) will not be available for community use until sometime in the Fall of 2023.

A variety of school facilities are available for use by school and community groups and individuals. Acton-Boxborough Community Education is the department that schedules the use of ABRSD school buildings outside of school hours (on school days starting at 5:00/6:00 pm and on weekends). School buildings are not available for use during the summer.
 
Each year as of August 1st, community/non-school groups may submit requests for the upcoming school year; requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note: though a space may appear available there could be a school event that is not yet entered.  If this happens, we will work with you to try and find an alternative date/location.
