Facilities Use

We are processing 2021-2022 space reservations per our regular procedures.  Schools and school groups have until July 31 to submit requests.  Community organizations may submit requests starting on August 1, 2021.   Please be advised that reservations could be canceled/modified depending upon conditions in place at the time.

A variety of school facilities are available for use by school and community groups and individuals. Acton-Boxborough Community Education is the department that schedules use of ABRSD school buildings outside of school hours (on school days starting at 5:00/6:00 pm and on weekends).  School buildings are not available for use during the summer.

Applications for facility rental are done online and should be made at least two weeks in advance of the requested date.

School-related groups have until July 31st to make requests for the next school year. As of August 1st, community/non-school groups may submit requests on a first come, first served basis.  Community requests received prior to August 1st will be declined.  Please note: though a space may appear available there could be a school event that is not yet entered.  If this happens, we will work with you to try and find an alternative date/location.
